Terms of Service
Last updated October 27, 2026
The short version
By playing a Beanpie Games game or using our website, you agree to these terms. In plain words:
- Have fun, play fair. No cheating, hacking or being a jerk to other players.
- You're licensed to play, not to own the game. The games, characters and art are ours.
- In-game purchases are final unless Apple, Google or the law says otherwise.
- We do our best, but games have bugs. We can't promise everything will always work.
These terms are between you and Beanpie Games (Steve Babineau, Beanpie Games LLC, "we" or "us"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Using our games
Who can play. You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you and agree to them.
Your license. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to download and play our games on devices you own or control, for fun and not for commercial use. You can't copy, sell, rent or modify the games, or try to pull out their code.
Accounts. If a game has accounts, Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so tell us at support@beanpiegames.com if you think someone else is using it.
Updates. We may update, change or stop supporting a game or feature over time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.
Purchases and virtual items
Some games let you buy things like coins, skins, extra levels or an ad-free upgrade. Here's how that works:
- Apple or Google handles payment. Their payment terms apply, and refund requests go through them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through your Play Store order history.
- Virtual items aren't real money. They have no cash value, can't be traded for money, and only work inside the game. You're buying a license to use them, not owning them.
- Purchases are final, except where Apple, Google or the law in your country gives you a right to a refund.
- Things can change. We may rebalance items, adjust prices, or retire items as the game evolves. If we ever shut a game down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and stop selling items before then.
- Lost a purchase? Try Restore Purchases in the game's settings, or email support@beanpiegames.com and we'll help.
Play nice
Please don't:
- Cheat, use hacks, bots or mods, or exploit bugs to get ahead
- Hack, overload or mess with our games, servers or other players' devices
- Harass, threaten or bully anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal stuff
- Pretend to be someone else, including us
- Sell or trade accounts or virtual items outside the game
- Use our games to break any law
If you do, we may warn you, reset your progress, remove items, or suspend or ban you. If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, tell us at support@beanpiegames.com instead of using it, and we'll thank you for it.
Our stuff and your stuff
Ours. The games, the Beanpie King, our characters, art, music, code and the Beanpie Games name and logo all belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond playing.
Streaming and videos. Go for it. You can stream, record and post videos of our games, even monetized ones, as long as you don't suggest we sponsor or endorse you without our OK.
Yours. If a game lets you create or upload things (a username, a level, a chat message), you still own it. You give us permission to store, show and use it inside our games and to promote them. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything. We appreciate them anyway.
The legal bits
This part is in plain English too, but it matters, so please read it.
No guarantees. Our games are provided "as is." We work hard on them, but we can't promise they'll always be available, bug-free, or right for your device. As far as the law allows, we don't give any warranties beyond what's in these terms.
Limits on our liability. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits, lost data or lost progress. Our total liability to you for anything related to our games is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or US$50.
Your consumer rights still apply. Some countries don't allow these limits. If you live in one of them, nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.
Ending things. You can stop playing and delete our games any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we shut a game down. The sections on ownership, purchases and the legal bits keep applying after that.
Disputes. If something goes wrong, email support@beanpiegames.com first and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't, these terms are governed by the laws of MA, USA, and disputes go to the courts there, unless your local law says you can bring them where you live.
Apple, Google, changes and contact
If you got the game from Apple's App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the game, its support, or any claims about it, and has no obligation to maintain it. If the game fails to work as promised, you can tell Apple and they may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. You confirm you're not in a country under a US embargo and aren't on a US government restricted-parties list.
If you got the game from Google Play: Google Play's terms also apply to your download and purchases.
Changes. If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. For big changes, we'll let you know in the game or by email first. Keeping on playing after that means you accept the new terms.
The rest. If one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to later. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
